To prove prima facie federal grand jury perjury under 18 U.S.C. § 1623, which criminalizes false declarations before a federal court or grand jury, the prosecution must present evidence demonstrating the following elements:
False Statement Under Oath: The defendant made a statement under oath in a proceeding before or ancillary to a federal grand jury.
LINDA BI’s Response in Court (2009) | See COURT TRANSCRIPT as evidence: Ms. Bi told the court that Mrs. Kerr told both schedulers that “they were only to report to Mrs. Kerr” in an aggressively, snotting manner.
Mrs. Kerr’s RESPONSE at time & still as of June 28, 2025: That never happened, because Mrs. Kerr only dealt with the other schedulers to get their inventory needs for Shell (Linda Bi) and Exxon-Mobil (Mark Perez).

MRS. Generally speaking, insurance companies have certain responsibilities when handling claims made by the people they insure. This puts all of the employees at risk of being prosecuted for tax evasion, but companies have always been able to change deduction statuses on the W-9 or W-4. I forget…. I tried that a long time ago, but I wasn’t making that much money. I was working for Michael’s Craft Store when I was 17 years old, and I could get away with it, but you can change your deductions from zero up to eight. I chose the eight because I wanted to see what it would do when I was only making $5.25 an hour, so it wasn’t that big of a deal, and I only did it for a short time because I didn’t have a car.
