Here is an individual lawsuit that I found from a McCrea suing Oak Street health. I’m not sure what it’s 100% pertinent to but they were ordered to pay $60 million or something in 2023 and this particular one is from May 2024 and it explains why they are so negligent towards me and Douglas Parrott because they’re trying to make up for that $60 million loss by lying to us when that just makes THEM look even stupider! When the Medicare billing from SPARTANBURG Regional went out and MEDICARE went to allocate funds ~ MEDICARE knew immediately what SPARTANBURG Regional was reporting in reference to me was all fraudulent from August 23, 2021 through September 17, 2021 ~ they did it to exploit MEDICARE for a paycheck and MEDICARE knew it AND rejected the whole claim ~ which was approximately $120,000.00! I saw the (EOB) explanation of benefits (that’s how I came up with that number and still have the EOB). In fact, POSTED online in 1000 different directions at the time. Small town, medically run neighborhoods for a paycheck split humanity to keep the doors open that has been there for the last hundred (100) plus years.
Then, when people (like me) push back on them, DR. HITLIST invokes school shootings where VICTIMS children (in my case FRIENDS CHILDREN) are located.
