Somebody over at SPARTANBURG Regional (in South Carolina) billing office is calling Mr. Parrott’s plan a Medigap policy and not a Medicare Advantage Policy. Doug (DCP/Mr. Parrott) does not (and NEVER HAD) a Medigap policy.
He only has his Medicare Advantage PPO (since September 2023) so whatever in the hell they’re doing is also medical identity theft, which would constitute aggravated identity theft. It would also constitute elder abuse and fraud brought on by the hospital STAFF

Here is an individual lawsuit that I found from a McCrea suing Oak Street health. I’m not sure what it’s 100% pertinent to but they were ordered to pay $60 million or something in 2023 and this particular one is from May 2024 and it explains why they are so negligent towards me and Douglas Parrott because they’re trying to make up for that $60 million loss by lying to us when that just makes THEM look even stupider! Yeah, OSH already been BUSTED for kickback violations and FCA violations but yet they think that they can continue that same behavior.

Because the Mary Black hospital system in prison back to 2021 ~ all of it is actually double fines because I'm a Medicare recipient (permanent now) because of their negligence and they're turning around and committing Medicare fraud and committing turfing and compromising my medical records and all this other crap I guess trying to figure out how to split it for what they can. However, far back they gotta go for Doug = his situation completely different on SSI, in size, time and classification. It's smaller than mine - so once all that is done is when MEDICARE would get their chunk of money to then give me my chunk of money and to Doug they'll give him his chunk of money.
So in effect, giving law enforcement all these federal charges on behalf of MEDICARE, the IRS, & Social Security - all this STUFF ====> law enforcement can then take all these federal charges and see if they can find county / city / state charges on top of that ~ to start picking these people up and placing them under immediate arrest! to NOT have to wait on the IRS, FBI, DEA, SSA, or MEDICARE.

I gave them the car claim information from April 8 of 2022 and then they sat there and lied to my face with a witness. John blessing from Houston Texas. This is also a case closed for Baylor, neuroscience and Methodist for the medical world in South Carolina and Missouri and Hawaii trying to take down the Houston Texas Medical scene. For the last six years since June 2017 to present.
They lied to my face and told me an MRI is the only way to find a spinal fluid leak when the MayoClinic and the Cleveland clinic say that it’s the gold standard the same as what Baylor did while we were in Texas August 2023 through February 2024 on the skull fracture alone and the crooked neck plate. They just refuse to address and they refused to address it since April 8 of 2022. The last two years have been complete. Disregard of my medical care with over 120 federal charges against them for Medicare fraud from 2021. For billing MEDICARE United healthcare which is 120 times $250,000 more than that.
The moment that hospital system, Bill's Medicare with that car claim where they should be billing the car claim and not Medicare and Medicare knows it that's for Aetna Medicare to file federal charges against that hospital so we'll just wait and see how the billing comes through I can promise you they're not gonna do it rightor they're gonna double bill to get paid twice and that's even more so federal charges that's even deeper shit
That's $250,000 per line item and I walked up out of that place too. They know that I've got a spinal fluid leak they've known him for the last two years and honestly us having to go all the way to Texas to get medical care they've got a whole lot of law enforcement and they're pissed off because I haven't sent them the police reports from Spartanburg County, their subject on those police reports they can request them.
