Somebody over at SPARTANBURG Regional (in South Carolina) billing office is calling Mr. Parrott’s plan a Medigap policy and not a Medicare Advantage Policy. Doug (DCP/Mr. Parrott) does not (and NEVER HAD) a Medigap policy.

He only has his Medicare Advantage PPO (since September 2023) so whatever in the hell they’re doing is also medical identity theft, which would constitute aggravated identity theft. It would also constitute elder abuse and fraud brought on by the hospital STAFF

Equating to NASTY FEDERAL CHARGES AGAINST THE HOSPITAL and $500,000.00 (+) fines on just te surface of what we see, but what AETNA & MEDICARE both see on the back-end COULD TELL A MUCH HEFTIER FINE! Then SSA gets to fine $11,000.00 for EACH VIOLATION!
