So, itโs 5 oโclock in the morning JANUARY 5, 2025, I was just thinking about thisโฆ.. That means that the treasurer, Theresa San Miguel, has shorted the IRS $3.3 million - cause Iโm sure all the officers of the company make the same salary so I know three officers of the company so 3.3ร3 is $9.9 million that Pipeline Pigging Products Inc. have SHORT-changed the IRS in the last 47 years!
This puts all of the employees at risk of being prosecuted for tax evasion, but companies have always been able to change deduction statuses on the W-9 or W-4. I forgetโฆ. I tried that a long time ago, but I wasnโt making that much money. I was working for Michaelโs Craft Store when I was 17 years old, and I could get away with it, but you can change your deductions from zero up to eight. I chose the eight because I wanted to see what it would do when I was only making $5.25 an hour, so it wasnโt that big of a deal, and I only did it for a short time because I didnโt have a car. I was riding my bike to work a couple of miles each way - rain, sleet, or snow. It was rough, but I did it. When I realized that the difference in deductions on $5.25 wasnโt that much money, I changed it back to where I started selecting zero deductions. I did that throughout my career because Iโd rather pay the IRS more than what they need, and if I get a refund, great; if I donโt, great, but I wanted to make sure that the IRS was always taken care of and that is in my IRS file back to the age of 14 with Marcoโs Mexican restaurant as a hostess and the wicks and sticks. I only worked there for about two weeks. All of that - the IRS sees from the very beginning of my career working in Houston, Texas, at a very young age because my mother and my sister were so abusive they STILL DO NOT deserve to KNOW ME.

Shannon told me he makes $20,000 a month - well before we even got engaged (2005) - quick math = 12 months in a year that's $240,000, but when we were doing the taxes when I was doing the taxes initially, he was only reporting $170,000 a year as a salary. When he applied for credit, he'd only put down $170,000 a year; he knew when he told me he makes $20,000 a month and a couple of times a couple of the years they go by, configuring the taxes and whatever else. It becomes $170,000 as his gross income. I couldn't say a word because I knew if I did, I was gonna be dead real ๐โg quick, which is why the IRS was always there for me, which is why the IRS always held his a$$ accountable. DISPOSITION of IRS agents are some of the most inconspicuous people you could ever meet. They're very low-key and colorful people, meaning they have one hell of a personality on their shoulders.

From AMA Journal of Ethics (2018), Mr. Schweikart, JD, MBE states false beliefs and false speech in healthcare is a category of law regulated and sanctioned by governments to include โfraud, defamation, perjury and false commercial speech.โ Specifically, pertinent to Medicare beneficiaries (personally on since May 2014 and a victim for over a decade) - healthcare providers have a fiduciary responsibility towards recipients (such as myself) that entail privacy, safety and quality of care. Upon failing to protect the patient repeatedly, Medicare notifies the FBI once damages and intent to harm are proven beyond reasonable doubt. This, resulting in hefty fining of establishments and providers ~ millions of dollars while revoking licenses and arresting the victimize-rs exploiting government systems.
The disparities in healthcare of seclusion, segregation and racism are nothing short of modern day slavery that was abolished/outlawed in 1865 under the 13th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. For example, in August 2021, for exercising my freedom of speech, I was abducted twice to a Psych Hospital (outlawed in 1962 see my website https://j2rrinc.com/missions/2022-bivensconverse-national-register-spartanburg-scLinks to an external site.) for telling the planet of stupid the truth in person and online.
Apparently, Spartanburg Regional aka Mary Black hospital administrators in hospital paperwork state to drug people against their will for cussing! They are known now for exploiting all government systems (SSA, IRS, Police, FBI, courts and patients like me) for profits as opposed to protection while attempting to rewrite centuries old government documents due to their own stupidity and bigotry based on their own prejudism and judgments (aka DISCRIMINATION & racism).
After watching Dr. Wolfe (WALDEN Professor), his message resonates on the same channel as my thought process. His experience and insight into opening international hospital facilities would prove invaluable to this topic. Honestly, the entire United States healthcare system needs a restart button. Changing it over to government controlled and regulated may be what is needed in order to enable all people the same quality of care and streamline pricing. Butโฆ..As it stands, presently the level of internal systematic fraud and exploitation is so vast (700+ hospitals shutting down in USA as of September 2024). Having all healthcare, government controlled, would most likely prevent the wheel from derailing in the future and not be so costly over time because all people would have access to medical services to prevent diseases and sicknesses resulting in chronic, painful health conditions if caught early or averted altogether.
Academically and professionally, Waldenโs vision and mission are directly in line with my own for J2 Rescue & Rehab, Inc. Though, I have yet to finalize my vision and mission statements - living by example with integrity since age โconceptionโ is the only way to truly live in freedom.
